The new name for Adult & All Age
The Jan-Feb resources are published in November – and, if you're an Adult & All Age subscriber, you'll see that we've changed the title of the resources to Worship Together.
Worship Together still includes everything you know and love from Adult & All Age, just with a new title.
We feel that Worship Together better reflects the fact that these materials are designed to help you plan worship that works across generations, whether you have children present or not.
Editor Tracey Messenger says: "The term ‘All-age worship’ can have unhelpful connotations for some – meaning something that is only aimed at children and is therefore to be avoided by some adults! So instead of that, and after feedback from subscribers, we have opted for Worship Together as something that conveys what we’re trying to achieve. The Worship Together resources will help you plan interactive worship that works across generations."
Has anything else changed?
While the content is the same content you know and love, we've also taken the opportunity to add more colour and some icons to the Worship Together magazines.
As part of our What's new? podcast episode on YouTube, Tracey shows us pages from the Jan-Feb issue, explains more about the name change, and introduces our new series of articles on intergenerational church.
If you'd like to go straight this segment of the video, you'll find it at 07:46.
We hope you like the tweaks we've made. As ever, if you have any feedback, please do let us know.
