Our issue 100 competition winners and runners up are:
FOR ALL AGES: Write a new verse for John Lennon’s song ‘Imagine’
WINNER: Revd June Asquith, Rector, St Mary’s Wavertree, Liverpool
Imagine there’s no suffering
No hurt or painful cry
Nobody sick or starving
Each day a bright new sky
Imagine every person freed from all their grief.
You may say it’s impossible
But I know that it’s God’s plan
One day we’ll see the answer
And the can’t will be the can.
Imagine there’s no suffering,
Our faith would be in vain,
How could we know our Saviour
Who died in bitter pain?
Imagine! We have fellowship
With Him our risen Lord
And assurance of salvation
As promised in His word!
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE: Encourage your group to create a Palm Sunday photographic storyboard.

FOR CHILDREN: Make treasure pots with your group and send us a photo, saying what they are going to put in them.

The children had various ideas for what they would put in their pots:
- happy messages so that when she felt down she could take one out to read
- jewels and gems

How the children described what they would put in their pots:
- She wants to purchase beautiful gems and keep them in her pot.
- She always wanted to write about her fun time in church today and keep it safe in her pot, like a diary.
- The pot on the left hand side is going to be filled with copper coin change and then donated into our Ladybird collection pot!
- The last pot at the back was going to hold next week's palm leaf in it but it wasn't finished. Needs more height...!
A big thank you to everyone who sent in an entry.
